Most ambitious people are living a good life and feeling quietly unsatisfied. Here is what it actually takes to shift from good to great — in your whole life, not just your career.
I‘m on a mission to help 1 million people in the United States by 2035. The best way to do that is here. By openly sharing the thought leadership, process, system and tools with everyone.
Thxs for the clarification and good luck with your practice. In my research work I review and connect with lots of modern life coaches currently active on LinkedIn and read famous legacy authors as well. I find it hard to see much differentiation. They all have models, methods, frameworks, acronyms, systems etc. ALL USEFUL! All however speaking much of the same language and process with many overlaps. Pretty crowded market. Glad I did not take that path as I once considered it. Love your work - keep
“Perfection is unattainable - but if we chase perfection - we might just catch excellence”. …Coach Vince Lombardi Maybe you are the next Tony Robbins!!
Great quote from a legend who left a legacy to the game. And I’m only a size 9, hard to fill Tony Robbins shoes. That guy is gigantic! Huge honor to be compared to the likes of Tony.
Looking forward to your feedback on my 3rd article in the series MJ. Drops on Monday July 6th.
I think you’re gonna love it! Here’s a sneak peak just for you:
GREAT Is a Daily Practice, Not a Destination
You do not become great someday. You become great today.
How does one get the OS? Is it free? You send a pdf or book? Hire your coaching service. It looks cool.
MJ the way I think about this question, and love that you are leaning into it… please keep your questions coming!
The answer depends on the person.
Some people can read the articles/post and take action.
Others read the posts and it raises awareness.
They accept where they are and they are looking for someone to guide them. I’m that guide.
It can be as simple as a 25 minute free conversation.
That may do it for some.
Others will select a 90-minute 1:1 paid session that gets them started.
Some will want to progress in a group, others what speed and focus.
Yes we have tools and resources.

What I’ve learned through life, change is human.
It’s 20% insight (knowledge)
and 80% implementation (practice).
So that’s the work I do. I’m a practitioner. I help others with the practice. I’m the guide on the side.

It up.
MJ, I agree with you.
This space is full of models, frameworks, acronyms, and systems.
It reminds me of martial arts.
Different schools.
Different forms.
Different belts.
Different katas.
All useful.
But nobody earns a black belt by reading about karate.
You earn it through practice.
Reps.
Training.
Feedback.
Self-command.
Showing up when it is hard.
That is how I see ResultsOS.
The OS is not the magic.
The practice is.
The real work is learning to pause, see the pattern, choose your response, and take the next right action in real life.
When you are tired.
When you are triggered.
When the relationship is tense.
When the old move wants to take over.
That is the dojo.
And honestly, that is what I have been trying to demonstrate here in the comments.
Not perfection.
Practice.
The world does not need more clever frameworks.
It needs more honest practice.
Appreciate you, MJ. Keep pushing on this.
